WalletHub has been releasing their annual “best lists” for 2016 and they named Greeley, Colorado, as the ninth best small city real-estate market in the nation, and 13th best overall. That’s a heck of a ranking out of more than over 300 cities studied.

The overall top-ten for Small City Real-Estate Markets were:

  2. McKinney, TX
  3. Richardson, TX
  4. Murfreesboro, TN
  5. Allen, TX
  6. Thornton, CO
  7. Arvada, CO
  8. Denton, TX
  9. Greeley, CO
  10. Cary, NC

Colorado continued it’s good showing with Fort Collins, Westminster, Longmont, Centennial, Lakewood, and Boulder all making the top-25 for cities under 150,000 people.
