Join us for another huge party at Friday Fest to kick-off the summer and the launch of the sixth year of the Greeley Unexpected campaign! The free concert event features music, street performers, fire spinners, face painters, balloon artists, giveaways, and more! This is also the first opportunity to see the stories and the magazine for our new campaign, showing off some of the great things happening in Greeley.
This event is a Friday Fest concert in Downtown Greeley, so Go-Cup will be in effect. (Go-Cup events allow adults to purchase and enjoy an alcoholic beverage at any of the establishments in the Go-Cup district and take that beverage on the plaza for concerts and other activities.) Be sure to stop by our booth to pick up the new GU magazine, some swag, and enter to win giveaways. Bring the whole family and enjoy an evening of fun!
Go-Cup will be in effect from 6-9 p.m. and the music should start around 6:30 p.m. This year, the Downtown Development Authority found another great band to play: The Pink Hawks! They are an Afrobeat / Chicano Hip-Hop orchestra, and you might want to “put on your dancing pants” for the show!
We will see YOU at Friday, Fest on June 1, 2018! (Don’t forget to share the fun and tag us, or use #GreeleyUnexpected.)
Wondering where to park? There are over 1600 lot spaces downtown, plus free on-street parking. Click here for a parking map.
