Another year means another accolade; Greeley was named 2019’s 8th Best Small Real-Estate Market in a recent study from WalletHub. They compared 300 cities across 23 key metrics such as median home-price appreciation, home sales turnover rate, and job growth,  to determine the most attractive real-estate markets in the country. After they crunched the numbers they found that Greeley ranks 20th overall and 8th among small cities. (Thornton, Aurora, and Denver were other Colorado cities that cracked the overall top-25.)

  • 37th – Avg. Days Until Sale
  • 40th – Job Growth Rate
  • 93rd – Foreclosure Rate

  • 104th – Number of Unsold Homes Owned by Banks (REOs)
  • 55th – Population Growth Rate
