Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra: A Night at the Movies @ Union Colony Civic Center
Sep 22 @ 7:30 pm
Celebrate the movies! Join the GPO in an evening of classical pieces famously featured in films along with popular original movie scores. Our movie date opens with the lush and powerful strains of Mahler’s Adagietto, powerfully resonating with tension and suspense, and then finishes in dramatic fashion with the familiar stirring scores of John Williams.

Soloist Ramona Tullomani is a soprano with the Albanian National Theatre of Opera and Ballet. She has performed in the most famous opera houses of Italy, Bulgaria and the US. Tullomani joins the GPO for a sparkling rendition of Strauss’ Four Last Songs – a rainbow of orchestral color, radiant lyricism and a beautiful valentine to the soprano voice.

Tickets on sale July 10, 2017.
