The Greeley Blues Jam is two days of non-stop blues! A Friday night extravaganza, featuring dozens of blues acts playing free shows all over downtown Greeley, followed by a full day of the best blues acts around at Island Grove Regional Park. It’s become a destination for music lovers across the country, and the globe. The 2017 Greeley Blues Jam, which has been going strong since 2005, is happening June 9 and 10, 2017.

The Greeley Blues Jam consistently lives up to that motto, bringing thousands of enthusiasts together to enjoy two days of legendary blues music, good beer, and great company.
For the Friday night festivities, bring your dancing shoes and be ready to play outside and do some bar-hopping. The fun begins at 4 p.m. and goes until the wee hours of the morning. (And “Yes” there will be GO-Cup in effect, so you can grab a drink at any bar/restaurant in a plastic cup and take it outside to enjoy the shows!)
Friday night includes performances by the Rev. Billy C Wirtz and Josh Hoyer & the Soul Colossal on the outdoor Downtown Plaza Stage. Along with the Ryan Fourt Duo, MojoMamma Band, Jack Hadley, Anthony Russo, Mojo Medicine Show, Rachel & the Ruckus, AJ Fullerton trio, Austin Young, Tony Rosario, Al Chesis & the Delta Sonics early/ Ben Pu & Crew late, Michael Hornbuckle Band, Dan Treanor, Zakk DeBono, Moses Walker & Ronnie Shellist, Ben Pu, House Whine, and The Symbols playing at nearly twenty other venues in Downtown Greeley. Saturday is the ticketed festival at Island Grove Regional Park. Gates open at 10:30 a.m. with nonstop music from 11a.m. to 11 p.m. Festival-goers can enjoy food, drink and merchandise vendors, and many set up blankets and camp chairs on the sod to enjoy a full day of music from two stages inside the arena, as well as the Blues 101 stage, where musicians teach kids about the blues and put on more killer performances.
